phtaya11 Terms & Conditions

1.1 These Terms govern your access to and use of the phtaya11 platform, including all games, promotions, payment services, and customer support features available at phtaya11.org and any associated mobile or web applications.

1.2 By registering an account with phtaya11, you represent that you have read these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, and that you agree to comply with all of them. These documents are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

1.3 phtaya11 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-platform notification.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account or use any service on phtaya11. This age restriction is consistent with Philippine gaming regulations. phtaya11 strictly prohibits access by minors. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.

2.2 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of phtaya11 is lawful in your jurisdiction. phtaya11 is intended for use by players located in the Philippines. If you access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, you do so at your own risk and phtaya11 accepts no liability in that regard.

2.3 Single Account. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on phtaya11. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure.

2.4 Self-Excluded Players. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from phtaya11 or from gambling platforms generally are not eligible to register or maintain an account during the self-exclusion period.

3.1 To use phtaya11, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phtaya11 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. phtaya11 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.3 You must notify phtaya11 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected].

3.4 phtaya11 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. While 2FA is optional, it significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access.

3.5 Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your phtaya11 account or any account credits to any other person.

4.1 Deposits. phtaya11 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the platform. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your phtaya11 wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed by our finance team. Standard processing time is within 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. phtaya11 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Currency. All transactions on phtaya11 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). phtaya11 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Funds deposited must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request can be submitted, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as described in Section 5.

4.5 Refused Withdrawals. phtaya11 reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

4.6 Fees. phtaya11 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which phtaya11 is not responsible.

5.1 phtaya11 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. phtaya11 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them if we determine, in our sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated betting strategies to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players.

5.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.

5.5 phtaya11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will be honored under the terms in effect at the time of crediting.

6.1 All games available on phtaya11 are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

6.2 RNG Certification. All non-live casino games on phtaya11 use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published for all slot games and are available in the game information section.

6.3 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. These games are subject to the rules and procedures of the respective provider in addition to these Terms.

6.4 Malfunction. In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, phtaya11 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account. phtaya11 is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

6.5 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets are subject to separate sports betting rules published on the platform. phtaya11 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the outcome was known at the time of placement, or where a pricing error occurred.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phtaya11. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Creating more than one account on phtaya11;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform or games;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, unauthorized payment use, or identity theft;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform;
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phtaya11 staff or other players;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

8.1 phtaya11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

8.2 In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, phtaya11 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including both real money and bonus funds, without compensation.

8.3 Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting phtaya11 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

8.4 phtaya11 may also suspend accounts pending investigation of suspected fraud, AML concerns, or regulatory inquiries. During a suspension, the player will not be able to access their account or withdraw funds until the investigation is concluded.

9.1 All content on the phtaya11 platform, including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, and trademarks, is the property of phtaya11 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the phtaya11 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any phtaya11 content without our prior written consent.

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phtaya11 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

10.2 phtaya11's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 phtaya11 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We make no representations about the suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

11.1 phtaya11 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 phtaya11 will not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with payment processors, game providers, and regulatory authorities as required to operate the platform and comply with legal obligations.

12.1 phtaya11 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion to help players manage their gaming activity. These tools are accessible in your account settings.

13.1 phtaya11 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, by notifying registered players via email or in-platform notification.

13.2 Your continued use of phtaya11 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 8.

14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of phtaya11 shall first be submitted to phtaya11 customer support for informal resolution. We will endeavor to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a written complaint.

14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

14.4 Nothing in this clause shall prevent phtaya11 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
